The MicroLogix 1100 combines all the features you demand in a compact controller, with EtherNet/IP messaging, online editing, a built-in LCD screen on every controller and a powerful combination of I/O.

- Built-in 10/100 Mbps EtherNet/IP port for peer-to-peer messaging – offers users high speed connectivity between controllers, with the ability to access, monitor and program from anywhere an Ethernet connection is available.
- Online editing functionality – modifications can be made to a program while it is running, making fine tuning of an operating control system possible, including PID loops. Not only does this reduce development time, but it aids in troubleshooting.
- Embedded Web server – allows a user to custom configure data from the controller to be displayed as a web page.

The SafeZone Multizone is a Type 3 opto-electronic device that protects personnel or equipment by detecting objects or persons in its sensing field. Operating on the 'time of flight' principle, the SafeZone Multizone emits pulses of eye-safe infra-red laser light over a 190° arc, then receives and processes the light reflected off intrusions in the sensing field to determine the position and distance to the object. When an object is detected, the SafeZone Multizone sends a stop signal to the protected machine.

In addition to increased safety, SafeZone Multizone features two pairs of configurable detection zones, each with warning and safety zones that can be customised within the maximum scanning range to suit the application. Configuration of these zones is quick and easy through the use of Windows-based SCD software supplied with each SafeZone Multizone. The 'safety field' is configurable for a 5 metre range over 190°, while the 'warning field' can be set for up to a 49 metre radius (dependent upon the object's reflectivity). Plus, SafeZone Multizone is certified for both vertical and horizontal guarding applications and offers configurable resolutions (of 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 70mm and 150mm) that allow a wide range of detection configurations for both stationary and mobile applications. That means SafeZone Multizone addresses the full range of point of operation, area guarding or access detection applications on the plant floor.

GENERIC TEST BED AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Since 1991, Morphée has been acknowledged as the reference for research and development and endurance test bed automation systems running under MS Windows™ operating systems.
