MP-Series Low Inertia Servo Motors
MP-Series low-inertia, high output, brushless servo motors feature a newly engineered design that reduces motor size while delivering significantly higher torque. These compact, low-inertia, brushless servo motors are designed by Allen-Bradley to meet the demanding requirements of high performance motion systems. This series of servo motors is intended to be used with the Allen-Bradley Ultra3000 and ULTRA 100/200 motion control drives (230 volt) and the Kinetix 6000, 8720MC, and 1394 Digital Servo Drive with SERCOS interface to ControlLogix . Now available in five frame sizes, these motors provide continuous torque capabilities from 1.58 to 150 Nm (14-1327 lb-in.) and peak torques from 3.61 to 290 Nm (32-2566 lb-in.). |

MP-Series Integrated Gear Motors
MP-Series Integrated Gear Motors are designed to address the needs of customers seeking the best high torque, direct drive servo solution on the market today. This carefully designed package offers optimized performance, size and connectivity. By combining the motor and gearbox into a single housing, size is reduced by 40% over conventional solutions while overall weight is reduced by 25%. These motors are compatible with Kinetix 6000, Ultra3000 and Ultra5000 drives. MP-Series Integrated Gear Motors are part of the KinetixTM Integrated Motion solution and are included in the Motion Book sizing and selection tool. Available in three frame sizes, these motors provide continuous stall torque from 15 to 700 Nm (133-6195 lb-in.) and peak torques from 32 to 1300 Nm (283-11500 lb-in). |

F-Series
F-Series motors use a Ferrite magnet to provide nearly four times greater inertia than the H-Series family for matching larger load inertias. Available in two frame sizes, the F-Series motors range in continuous torque capability from 3.5 to 28 Nm (31 to 245 lb-in.) and reach speeds up to 4,000 RPM. The F-Series motors use an optical 2,000-line incremental encoder with a 5,000-line option for superior low-speed performance with the ULTRA Series. Typical applications for the F-Series include web processing, machine tool, textile machinery, and CAM replacements. When you install the optional motor shaft seal, the motor meets the IP65 requirements of the IEC standard. |

H-Series
H-Series motors use a neodymium-iron-boron magnet to provide low inertias and high accelerations. Available in five frame sizes, the H-Series motors range in continuous torque capability from 0.5 to 50 Nm (5 to 450 lb-in.) and reach speeds up to 6,000 RPM. The H-Series motors use an optical 2,000-line incremental encoder with a 5,000-line option for superior low-speed performance with the ULTRA Series. Typical applications for the H-Series include smart conveyors, packaging machinery, material feeding, pick-and-place machines, and high duty cycle applications. When you install the optional motor shaft seal, the motor meets the IP65 requirements of the IEC standard. |
