Rockwell Automation introduces the Bulletin 900 family of Allen-Bradley, single-loop, panel-mount, on/off and analog output Temperature/Heater Controllers along with its 900Builder™ programming software*. These controllers provide quick setup and precise temperature management of the application. The ability to interface with thermocouples as well as RTDs, infra-red and 0 … 50 mV devices simplifies sensor integration. The 12V DC output for connection to solid-state relays, such as the A-B Bulletin 700 line, ensures reliable on/off temperature/heater control.

Easy PID Auto Tuning Improves Efficiency
The PID control with analog or on/off outputs greatly reduces or eliminates temperature swings, helps stabilize workload temperature, improves control efficiency, increases component life and reduces energy costs. Using the PID control method, auto-tuning allows for fast startup of a heating, cooling or heating, and cooling temperature applications with little operator knowledge of the system’s characteristics.
